Luz Elena is a painter Naif, used the technique of pastel and acrylic. His works are inspired by nature, especially seascapes and flowers. National fruit and also the old town.

In a tribute that I do the National Lottery to our land, used his work entitled Mangos and was printed on lottery tickets.

Luz Elena now lives in Panama City, surrounded by the love of his daughters, grandchildren, family and friends.
